Information on the processing of personal data
The company referred to in the header (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") may temporarily store data on natural persons
individuals and further use this data for various purposes. This notice is addressed to all persons who
use the Company's services.
The Company may retain the following information:
● your name, surname, email address, telephone number and home address;
● Payment card details (card type, card number, name on card, expiry date and security
(card details, date, security code, and date and time of card issuance);
● information about the guest's stay, including the date of arrival and departure and the purpose of the stay; and
● information you provide about your preferences.

We hold and use personal data primarily to fulfil our contractual obligations (guest accommodation), legal obligations and for our legitimate interests. Personal data enables us to fulfil our obligations, it also enables us to contact our guests when necessary and we also use it for marketing purposes. We may disclose personal data to third parties, but only to process it for our purposes (e.g. providers of booking systems, administrative support or accountants).
These parties only ever have access to personal data to the extent that it is strictly necessary for
provided by. 

We store and use personal data primarily to fulfill our contractual obligations (providing guest accommodations), legal obligations, and for our legitimate interests. Personal data enables us to fulfill our obligations; it also allows us to contact our guests when necessary, and we use it for marketing purposes as well. We may provide personal data to third parties, but exclusively for the purpose of processing it on our behalf (e.g., providers of reservation systems, administrative support, or accounting services).
These parties always have access to personal data only to the extent strictly necessary for
the provision of such services. The company retains personal data only when necessary to
fulfill our obligations, and exclusively for the period necessary to fulfill the purposes for which such data
was collected. Once personal data is no longer needed, it will be removed from our records or properly anonymized. Personal data contained in contracts, communications, and
business correspondence may be subject to statutory retention requirements, in some cases for up to 6 years. Any other data will generally be deleted no later than 3 years after the date of the last collaboration and business contact with the individual in question. A longer retention period may apply to backup copies of personal data created for security purposes. However, access to personal data will be restricted in such cases.

All guests have the following rights:
The right of access to data;
● The right to rectification of data;
● The right to erasure of data (the right to be forgotten);
● The right to restriction of processing;
● The right to data portability; and
● The right to object.
We will be happy to provide you with further information or to process your requests to exercise the above rights.
These requests may be sent to the Company at the email address listed in the header of this
notice.
